Made from 80% Gros Manseng – 20% Petit Manseng, grown on clay-limestone soils. Hand harvested then fermented and aged on lees for 9 months in a combination of old and new French oak barrels. This is a serious dry white with rich nectarine and pineapple notes, a gorgeous round, silky palate with hints of nougat and spice.
A great alternative to Burgundy at a much lower price! Great with roast chicken or white fish in a beurre blanc sauce.
