Skagerrak Nordic Dry Gin

Skagerrak is the area of sea between Denmark’s Jutland peninsular and the coasts of Norway and Sweden respectively. This Nordic gin draws on the flavours of the Skagerrak sea and its surrounding coastlines, touching all of the Nordic nations. Flavours like Nordic angelica – long used as a traditional medicine – and caraway, the classic flavour of aquavit, bring a distinctly Nordic tone to this gin, while sea buckthorn and dulse wild seaweed deliver a marine tone. Finally, aromatic flowers and berries found growing around the coasts, bring top notes from elderflower, rosehip, camomile and more.
